Sage Mediation Institute for Leadership Education (SMILE), is an international mediation training and knowledge centre.
Based in Singapore, SMILE equips leaders with mediation skills for transformative stakeholder engagement and amicable dispute resolution.
Our Mission is to be Asia’s Institute of Leadership Education in Constructive Problem Solving, and the Centre for Transformative Thinking around Trust and Relationship Building.
