Mediation offers a cost-efficient and time-saving method of dispute resolution. In a post-Singapore Convention on Mediation world, more organisations are looking toward mediation as the preferred form of dispute resolution. What happens during a mediation, and how can you maximise it to achieve sustainable, win-win solutions for you and your business?
